i am using 30mg pre workout. In the beginning the pumps were very hard and painful but i am used to it now. it is helping me to lift heavy weights with no pain in my joints . i am sure this is legit Dbol because i have put on 12 pounds in 4 weeks. 30 to 40 mg is my sweet spots. it is giving me some headaches and water retention however, my muscles are looking fuller bigger and thicker.
